Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Delivery

You can pay by card when ordering an item. You can pay with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Please be aware that if using a debit card, your bank will reserve the money on your account, but we will not withdraw money from your account before dispatching the order. When using a debit card, a small fee might be applied to the transaction. The order is shipped within 1-4 business days. Exceptions from this rule regard items where it is stated that the item is stored at a remote warehouse and thus has a longer delivery time. A normal delivery time to addresses in Europe is 3-7 business days after we dispatch the order. All orders are delivered through GLS, DPD, DHL or Bring. 

 

All items will be delivered while stock lasts. Hshop.eu displays the actual stock, meaning that items will only be displayed on the website if they are available in our local warehouse, at a remote warehouse or if they are in the process of being ordered from the manufacturer. In case of ordering both stocked items and items marked as delivery items, Hshop.eu reserves the right to dispatch the order partly or as a whole whenever the delivery item is in stock. Reservations are made in regard to discontinued items, price alterations, printing errors and/or alterations in fees.

 

When ordering goods to be delivered with DHL Express and shipped outside of the European Union you are liable to pay any inbound taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

 

Right of Return – Right of Cancellation

All items can be returned within 30 days from the day you received the item.

Customized items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. This means that products with print of any kind can’t be returned cf. Danish consumer agreement law, paragraph 18, part 2, no. 3.

The right to return the item lapses if you use the product in a way that clearly reduces the value of the item.

 

Return freight

 

Your parcel is important to us! Therefore, all returned parcels must be traceable. Your parcel has a return label included from GLS. If missing, a new one can be downloaded here: https://goo.gl/EMoUvw and it costs only 8€ to use this label which will be offset upon receiving the returned parcel.

 

Therefore, the parcel must be handed to the correct carrier and it is important that you receive a receipt for handing over the parcel. This is your proof that the parcel has been shipped.

 

Exchange or Money back

 

When submitting your return, please use the included return form and fill out the required details. In the form you can choose to receive a different size, a voucher, or your money refunded. If the desired product is sold out, a voucher will be issued unless otherwise requested.

 

Remember that you can return the item cheaply with our return label.

 

Express-return

 

If you want the replacement to be extra fast or you want to make sure that the correct size / color isn’t sold out, you can immediately order your new item and then return the “unwanted” item with the enclosed label for only 8€. That way, we make sure your order will be processed quickly and you receive your new item fast.

 

Alternatively, you can wait to order the new item until we have refunded the money.

 

General information

 

The processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we’ve received the item. There will always be a return schedule included in the parcel and if lost you can download it here

 

It is not possible to refund to accounts other than those used for the purchase. If the item is purchased with a gift card, the item must be returned, and a new gift certificate / voucher will be sent to you.

 

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was when you received it. This means that the item must not have been used, it needs to have all its original labels on, and the item must not have been washed. It is important that you pack up the item in the original packaging material that you initially received it in, or pack it up securely in a bag or a box, so that you do not stick the return label or tape directly onto the item’s original wrapping, e.g. a shoebox. The right of return will partly no longer apply if you use the item in a way that clearly impairs the sales value significantly. If the item is used or washed it will have lost 50% of its sales value or more, and in all cases, it will be assessed whether the item is fit to be sold and the refunding will be adjusted hereafter.


Personal information when purchasing an item

When placing a purchase on our website we gather a number of personal information about you. The information we register includes your first and last name, your address and your e-mail address. This information is not store as encrypted and neither is it transmitted as encrypted. When shopping on our website you accept that we provide you with the possibility of adding this personal information through your e-mail or phone number. That means that your personal information is publicly available and can be accessed when knowing your phone number or e-mail address. If you wish to delete these personal data please contact customer service who will remove your information.

Credit card information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information. When entering your e-mail address or phone number you accept that we may contact you through e-mail or text message regarding information about your order or an offer. Please note that you accept our personal data policy (“treating your data”) when using our website, including our use of cookies. The data you provide us with when making a purchase where you pay by card is encrypted (SSL), and only PBS will have access to it. The money will be withdrawn from your card immediately after the order is processed and shipped off with GLS, DPD, DHL or Bring.


Gift cards or campaigns

The use of gift cards requires your acceptance of these following terms and conditions. The electronic gift card expires after 2 years. The maximum size of the voucher is 500 €. We do not take responsibility for lost, wrecked, stolen or deactivated gift cards. We reserve the right to change these regulations. A gift card or campaign code is valid as payment, part of a payment or as a discount when shopping on our website. The amount you spend will be withdrawn from the balance, and if there is a remaining amount it will appear on your receipt. Gift cards cannot be used to buy gift cards. You can be informed about your current balance by contacting customer service. Please have your gift card code ready.

Product Quality Claim

 

At hshop.eu we check all items before dispatching them. However, if an error or defect should still occur in an item please contact customer service to set up a case. They will react to your inquiry within 24 hours (except during the weekends) and send you a return label. This return sheet should be returned to us along with the item(s). This is not a requirement, but it makes the processing of your case easier and thus minimises the dispatch time of the claimed item.

When shopping on hshop.eu you, of course, have 24 months to exercise your right of complaint. This means that you can have either the item repaired, exchanged, get your money refunded or receive a price reduction. It is of course a requirement that the claim is legitimate, and that the error or defect is not a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. Hshop.eu are not responsible for any discolourations or claims as a consequence of using a cleaning machine or similar. Items that are returned with a quality claim will be repaired or exchanged by a new delivery within 7 business days, starting from the day we receive the item. If we no longer have the exchanging item in stock the purchase amount will be credited to you within 7 business days.

You have to place a quality claim within a “reasonable amount of time” after discovering the defect in the item. If you make a claim within two months of discovering the defect, the claim is considered timely – if not, it will not be considered timely. 

If the claim is legitimate we will of course reimburse you for the shipping costs (within reason) or we can send you a return label. 

When returning the item please inform us of the problem or defect in the most detailed way as possible. Please note that we do not accept packages that are send cash on delivery (COD) or the like. 

Keep in mind that the item must always be returned in secure wrapping and packaging, and please remember to get a receipt stating your shipping costs, so we can reimburse the delivery charge.

Complaints

Should disputes occur regarding a purchase or a product you may direct a written complaint to info@hshop.eu. In order to minimize the processing time, we recommend that you call us first and give us the chance to correct any errors. Any dispute that may arise between hshop.eu and the end-user is subject to Danish legislation. 

 

Marketing

You can at all times cancel all the various activities on hshop.eu by writing an e-mail to our customer support. If you wish to no longer receive postings or updates on viral media you can easily cancel this at any time. If in doubt about how to go about this, please contact customer support. If you wish to unsubscribe to our newsletter, you can do so in the bottom of the e-mail, since Hshop.eu can subscribe/unsubscribe manually.

 

Other

Your basket is saved if you register yourself on the website. This way your basket will be e-mailed to you if you do not go through with your order.

You need to have reached the age of 18 to shop at hshop.eu. You have to have your parents’ consent if you are below the age of 18.
